BACKGROUND
The Company issued the Notes on November 17, 2010. The Notes are listed on SGX-ST. As of the date
of this announcement, the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes is US$111,368,000.
On January 25, 2016, the Company commenced the Offer to repurchase
