GM Financial and Genuine Parts park new paper
10 Jan 2022On 06 January GM Financial hit the screens with a multi-tranche issue of fixed and FRN 2027 notes and a fixed 2032 tranche. IPTs were announced at T+105/110bp for the 2027 fixed, SOFR equivalent for the FRN and T+155/160bp for the 2032s.
